The Cap 112A, optical, 212A, thermal, and 312A, optical-thermal, are addressable point detectors respectively for smoke, heat and combined smoke-heat. They operate at 12 V. These 3 detectors are fitted with an ICC short-circuit isolator which allows them to be installed on the ECS in a looped line of 128 detection points.

The Cap 112A, 212A and 312A are equipped with an anti-mosquito protection grid limiting nuisance alarms due to the intrusion of small insects into the analysis chamber.

The Cap 212A detector is certified in class A1-R, it detects the exceeding of the preset temperature threshold and incorporates a thermo velocimetric function allowing the detection of high temperature rises.

The Cap 112 has an aptitude certificate for alarm confirmation in automatic gas extinguishing.
